4. Content Policy: Chemical listings must be accurate and comply with safety standards.
5. Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Chem Square: Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection: We collect personal and usage data, and chemical listing details.
2. Data Use: Data is used for app functionality and improving user experience.
3. Data Sharing: Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
4. User Rights: You can access, modify, or request deletion of your data.
5. Data Security: We are committed to protecting your data securely.

Chem Square: Payment Terms for Elite Membership

1. Subscription Fee: ₹25,000 per year for elite membership, enabling chemical listings.
2. Billing Cycle: Fees are billed annually. Auto-renewal unless canceled.
3. Refund Policy: Once the Subscription is completed, there won’t be any refund.
4. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription from your profile. But the money won’t be refunded.

Chem Square: Delete Account

Account will be deleted within 24 hours. All documents and details related to the user and organization will be deleted and cannot be retrieved again.
